Meet William Delia - author, poet, songwriter

William Delia is an award-winning storyteller in prose, poetry and song. His uplifting stories tell of ordinary people living extraordinary lives. The Florida Writers Association awarded his novel The Mayor of Pudding Hill its 2023 Gold Award for Mainstream/Literary Fiction and the Association awarded his novel Remember Who You Are its 2022 Silver Award for Mainstream/Literary Fiction. Other novels have been finalists in several competitions. In addition, his songs have been performed by a number of artists and his devotional guides and group studies have been used by numerous churches in New York and Florida.

In addition to writing, Delia had a successful career in non-profit human services followed by a second career in ministry. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State College and a Master of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School. He currently lives and writes in Central Florida.
